Nathan Fillion and his Dr. Horrible’s Sing-Along Blog co-star Felicia Day reunited at 2018 Comic-Con!

The castmates joined the web series’ creators Joss and Jed Whedon panel during the convention on Friday (July 20) in San Diego, Calif.

During the discussion, it was revealed that a new Dr. Horrible comic will be released this fall.

“It’s called Dr. Horrible, Best Friends Forever. It’s about Dr. Horrible and his best friend Captain Hammer,” Joss explained.

Felicia joked, “That sounds like a children’s story that would end in murder!”

Dr. Horrible, Best Friends Forever will be released on November 14th.

Nathan Fillion is set to return to television, as well as the network ABC, in an upcoming crime drama series The Rookie.

The 46-year-old former Castle actor will star and executive produce the new project.

Nathan will play “John Nolan, the oldest rookie in the LAPD. At an age where most are at the peak of their career, Nolan cast aside his comfortable, small town life and moved to L.A. to pursue his dream of being a cop,” according to Deadline.

The series is inspired by the true story of Nolan, who was surrounded by rookies twenty years his junior while determined to make it as a cop.

The new show has a straight-to-series order!

Armie Hammer was joined by some very special guests on the red carpet for his new movie Cars 3!

The 30-year-old actor was joined by wife Elizabeth Chambers and their two kids – Harper, 2, and Ford, 5 months – at the premiere on Saturday (June 10) at the Anaheim Convention Center in Anaheim, Calif.
