Ben Barnes and Kit Harington pose for photos on the press line at the panel for their film Seventh Son held during 2013 Comic-Con on Saturday afternoon (July 20) in San Diego, Calif.

The guys were joined at the event by their co-stars Jeff Bridges and Antje Traue.

Ben chatted with USA Today about working with Jeff on the film.

“Once you sit opposite one of the greats like Jeff Bridges and they pick you to be involved, there’s absolute zero reason to think pragmatically about am I going to get stuck doing these movies for always,” Ben said. “It’s such great escapism and an enormous, exciting scale. And it’s up to me to make the characters different.”

Julianne Moore and Ben Barnes are featured on new character posters released for their upcoming film Seventh Son.

The posters are being used to promote the cast’s upcoming appearance at 2013 Comic-Con. Also featured are cast members Kit Harington, Alicia Vikander, Djimon Hounsou, and Antje Traue. The poster for Jeff Bridges is expected to be released before this weekend’s panel.

Seventh Son is an 18th century adventure story centered on young Thomas (Barnes), who is apprenticed to the local Spook (Bridges) to learn to fight evil spirits. His first great challenge comes when the powerful Mother Malkin (Moore) escapes her confinement while the Spook is away. More Here! »
