Here’s a plot summary for the murder mystery: when renowned crime novelist Harlan Thrombey (Plummer) is found dead at his estate just after his 85th birthday, the inquisitive and debonair Detective Benoit Blanc (Craig) is mysteriously enlisted to investigate. From Harlan’s dysfunctional family to his devoted staff, Blanc sifts through a web of red herrings and self-serving lies to uncover the truth behind Harlan’s untimely death.

Toni Collette looks gorgeous while stepping out for the Muriel’s Wedding 25th Anniversary screening on Thursday (March 21) at Walter Reade Theater in New York City.

The 46-year-old actress was joined at the event by her co-star Dan Wyllie. The screening was held as part of the 2019 Australian International Screen Forum.

The movie was released wide in the U.S. on March 31, 1995. While it only grossed $15 million at the box office, it became a cult success. While it has streamed on Netflix in the past, it’s not currently available.

Toni was nominated at the awards show Best Female Lead for her role in Hereditary, but unfortunately lost to Glenn Close.

FYI: Toni is wearing an Alex Perry dress and Rona Pfeiffer Jewelry while carrying a Yves Saint Laurent bag. Alex is wearing a Dior, Jimmy Choo boots, and Montblanc watch.

Jake Gyllenhaal stars in the trailer for the satirical thriller Velvet Buzzsaw!

The film is a satirical thriller set in the contemporary art world scene of Los Angeles, where big money artists and mega-collectors pay a high price when art collides with commerce.

Rene Russo, Toni Collette, John Malkovich, Zawe Ashton, Natalia Dyer, Tom Sturridge, Daveed Diggs, and Billy Magnussen also star in the new film.

Toni Collette walks the red carpet while promoting her new Netflix show Wanderlust at the 2018 LA Film Festival at the Wallis Annenberg Center for the Performing Arts on Saturday (September 22) in Beverly Hills, Calif.

Toni Collette is all smiles as she strike a pose at the photo call for her new BBC One series Wanderlust held at the Covent Garden Hotel on Monday (July 30) in London, England.

The 45-year-old actress was joined at the event by her co-star Stephen Mackintosh, director Luke Snellin, and writer Nick Payne.

Wanderlust follows Joy Richards (Toni) a therapist trying to find a way to keep her spark with her husband alive after a cycling accident causes them to reassess their relationship. As we meet her family, friends, neighbours and clients, remarkable yet relatable stories of love, lust and forbidden desire emerge.

“I am honoured and thrilled to work with Nick Payne’s wonderful words on Wanderlust,” Toni said in a statement. “It is an authentic and revolutionary story about relationships, sex, love and all the things we really care about. I could not be more excited.”

The series is set to premiere in the UK on BBC One and globally outside of the UK on Netflix!

Toni Collette, Merritt Wever, and Kaitlyn Dever are set to star in An Unbelievable Story of Rape, an eight-episode limited series for Netflix.

The series follows the “true story of Marie (Dever), a teenager who was charged with lying about having been raped, and the two female detectives (Collette and Wever) who followed a twisting path to arrive at the truth.”

The Kids Are All Right writer and director Lisa Cholodenko will be directing the first three episodes.

Toni can currently be seen on the big screen in the horror film Hereditary. Merritt is an Emmy winner for her work on Nurse Jackie. Kaitlyn, who starred on seven seasons of Last Man Standing, just wrapped work on Olivia Wilde‘s Booksmart.
