Kanye West's Mom Dies of Cosmetic Surgery

New details regarding the death of Kanye West‘s mother, Donda West, have surfaced.

According to her publicist, Donda passed away “as the result of complications from a cosmetic surgical procedure” at Centinela Hospital in Marina del Rey, Los Angeles.

An autopsy is expected to be performed later this week.

Donda, 58, was the chairwoman of Kanye‘s education foundation and author of Raising Kanye: Life Lessons from the Mother of a Hip-Hop Star.
