Christina Aguilera: Lost On Letterman

Christina Aguilera arrives at the Late Night with David Letterman entrance on a rainy night in New York City on Wednesday (June 9).

The 29-year-old songstress later stepped out in the rain to sign autographs outside of the theater.

On the show, Christina performed ‘You Lost Me’ from her new album, Bionic. She also shared with David how her son, Max, helped bring the new techno beat on the album.

“He definitely inspired me to play a lot more,” Christina said. “Get into a little bit of electronica music which is more about freedom and, I think, the future.”

This album is about SEX, end of, she gave one song dedicated TO MAX, so either Max inspired her to make just that one song or he inspired her to sing about sex. which is a little strange. And how is this album futuristic? It doesn’t feel futuristic. Thom Yorke wrote an article explaining how the mainstream music biz is failing and this is one of the reasons why, it’s the same artists over and over, making the same albums over and over with the same people behind it over and over. I hope the mainstream fails.

Christina was simply amazing last night. She has been in the music industry for 11 years. I highly doubt she is trying to copy off of Lady Gaga. In fact, Lady Gaga use to be a business associate of Britney Spears. Where do you think Lady Gaga got some of her inspiration from. She also copied 1980s Euro Popstar Roisin Murphy. Lady Gaga is not original but, she is entertaining to watch.
