Heidi Klum: School Run with the Kids!

Heidi Klum walks her kids to school on Monday (July 11) in New York City.

The 38-year-old model and Project Runway host’s mom, Erna, pushed baby Lou in a stroller, while her older siblings Leni, Johan, and Henry held hands.

Also pictured: Heidi wearing a knee-length printed black dress while leaving Bar Pitti on Saturday (July 7) after grabbing lunch.

Over the weekend, Heidi also participated in the AOL Summer Run, which she launched, with Miranda Kerr.
