Katy Perry & Russell Brand Reach Divorce Settlement

Katy Perry and Russell Brand have reached a settlement in their divorce.

The 27-year-old pop star and 36-year-old comedian “have entered into a comprehensive written settlement of all issues,” according to court documents filed in L.A. Superior Court, which Katy signed with her name and a happy face.

Though the couple, who split in December, did not sign a prenup, Russell decided to decline their “community property” – 50 percent of what Katy earned during their 14-month marriage, which he was entitled to.

TMZ also reports that Katy is asking the court to legally restore her maiden name to Katheryn Elizabeth Hudson.
