It was a night full of excellence at the 2012 Tony Awards held at the Beacon Theatre on Sunday (June 10) in New York City.

The big winners of the night were Steve Kazee and Audra McDonald, who took home the prizes for Best Leading Actor and Actress in a Musical, respectively.

Once took home eight awards including Best Musical! The Gershwins’ Porgy and Bess took home Best Revival of a Musical, Clybourne Park won Best Play, and Death of a Salesman won Best Revival of a Play.

Hugh Jackman received a Special Tony Award for his contribution to the theater community on the stage and off.
