Miguel: Arrested for DUI

Singer Miguel has been arrested for a DUI, TMZ reports.

The 27-year-old singer, best known for his songs “Adorn” and “#Beautiful” with Mariah Carey, was pulled over early Thursday morning (August 15) in his 2013 BMW X6 for speeding and tinted windows on an Los Angeles freeway.

The officer recognized alcohol on his breath and performed sobriety tests, to which he failed.

Miguel is scheduled to appear in court in September.

Back in May, Miguel famously came into more hot water when he landed on an audience member’s head at the 2013 Billboard Music Awards.
