Simon Cowell and his pregnant girlfriend Lauren Silverman hold hands and look lovey dovey while spending the day together on Sunday (August 25) in St. Tropez, France.

The 53-year-old X Factor judge and Lauren were seen together for the first time since it was revealed that they are having a baby together.
