Miley Cyrus Performs at Clive Davis' Grammys Gala (Video)

Miley Cyrus hits the stage to perform a few songs at the 2014 Clive Davis Pre-Grammy Gala and Salute to Industry Icons held at the Beverly Hilton Hotel on Saturday (January 25) in Beverly Hills, Calif.

The 21-year-old singer performed her hit song “Wrecking Ball,” “Get it Right,” and also covered “Jolene.”

“I’m xxxxxited for tonight’s festivities ❤️,” Miley tweeted before heading to the event.

We can’t wait to see if Miley will be attending the Grammys later this evening. She was unfortunately snubbed this year and didn’t receive any nominations, but we’d still love to see her on the carpet!

That pixie hairdo looks really good on her.

# 3

I agree. Her hair looks great here.

idk how she got her hair to grow out a little more, didn’t she buzzcut the sides recently? whatever she did to grow it out, this is the best her short hair has ever looked and i like the baby pink sweater, she looks good in it. when miley actually looks pulled together and doesn’t do the tongue thing, i tolerate her much more and this is probably her best night in a while. you can tell she wanted to make a good impression for clive davis. i just hope she becomes more humble though, just like with bieber, these kids have so much potential but they’re being guided to feel too entitled.

She’s covered up for once. Considering she’s performing at a party hosted by one of the most respected and classiest producers in the industry, Miley could not afford to bring in her usual little people, blax-ploitation act.
Consolation prize for not being nominated for a Grammy this year. (Not buying the not making deadline argument; two of her songs did.)

@go go: YOU suck more.

Her hairdo is great.
Her furry coat is less great.
Her recent styl of performing sucks.
She’d better go home and play with her dolls again for a while, untill she matures a bit.

Blow it out your ass!!!!!

@thecat61: Go back to your cave and hate on someone else, loser.

She wasn’t snubbed, she’s rude and angered the wrong people when in October she said:

“It can’t be like this 70-year-old Jewish man that doesn’t leave his desk all day, telling me what the clubs want to hear. I’m going out, I know what they want to hear.”

Uh huh, that’s why she got so many Grammy nods? And, that was an 81-year-old who invited her to even sing at a pre-Grammy party… maybe say thank you?

@Jason: Miley was not nominated for a Grammy this year.

I mean I think she is beautiful but now a days it seems like she just does stuff for attention. Living your life is great but do you have to do it & make sure that there is a camera around? I don’t get her anymore. On top of that it seems like she watches Rihanna’s performances & copies. Rihanna says those exact words before she performs ‘What Now’. I can not take this girl seriously because she is such a clone! There is a difference between getting inspired & copying!

@Jason: Yeah she wasn’t nominated this year. But I think she is performing.

Ha ha….read this from the LA Times:

“…Not so with Cyrus, whose stab at wild-child confrontation in the frisky “#GETITRIGHT” — by far the raciest number performed Saturday night — landed with a thud that even the singer could hear.
“I hope y’all are doing better than you look,” she said with a welcome splash of impertinence, then added that her next song was one the audience might enjoy more: a relatively conservative take on “Jolene” by Dolly Parton. Cyrus finished her three-song set with “Wrecking Ball,” the terrific power ballad absurdly denied even a single Grammy nomination. It drew mild applause here — a sign that record-industry captains may have grown weary of Cyrus’ endless revolt.”
