Justin Bieber is all smiles while riding an ATV on a beach on Monday (January 27) in Panama.

The 19-year-old singer was joined by Chantel Jeffries, the blonde model who was the passenger in his rented yellow Lamborghini when he was pulled over for drag racing last Thursday.

Over the weekend, Justin showed off his shirtless body while having some fun at the beach with Chantel.
