Who Went Home on 'American Idol' Tonight? Top 10 Revealed!

Jennifer Lopez and Harry Connick Jr. step out on stage during the American Idol results show held on Thursday evening (March 13) in Hollywood.

The judges helped bring the group of contestants to the final ten.

SPOILER ALERT!!! The final three contestants this week were Majesty Rose, Ben Briley, and Sam Woolf. The first one sent back to the lounge was Sam. It was then revealed that Ben received the lowest amount of votes. The judges decided not to use their one save of the season and he ended up going home.
