Rashida Jones rocks a sheer dress while attending a reception to celebrate her new Glamour column at a private residence on Friday (March 28) in Los Angeles.

The 38-year-old actress was joined by Glamour editor in chief Cindi Leive and Trendera president Jane Buckingham, who hosted the event.
