Kevin Connolly & Lydia Hearst Split After One Year of Dating

Kevin Connolly and Lydia Hearst have called it quits after one year of dating, JustJared.com can confirm.

The 29-year-old model/actress, who currently is a judge on the Oxygen competition show The Face, recently opened up about how she and Kevin first met.

“We met through mutual friends and Facebook,” Lydia told Access Hollywood. “Actually, I think I might’ve hit him up. It was a while ago. It’s been over a year. But I love him to death and I’m very happy.”

Kevin, 40, was most recently seen attending a hockey game with his pal Leonardo DiCaprio.
