Amanda Bynes Was Under the Influence of Drugs Upon Arrest

Amanda Bynes was reportedly driving under the influence of drugs when she was arrested for a DUI over the weekend, according to TMZ.

The 28-year-old actress was stopped in the middle of an intersection on Van Nuys Blvd. in the San Fernando Valley of Los Angeles on Sunday morning (September 28) at approximately 3am.

After being taken to the LAPD Van Nuys division, a drug recognition officer evaluated Amanda and determined she was under the influence of a drug. At this time it is not know which drug. She was booked for DUI, posted $15,000 bail, and released at 12:44pm.

According to a report, Amanda recently moved out of her parents’ house into an apartment of her own.
