Harrison Ford Survives Scary Plane Crash in Venice (Photo)

Harrison Ford reportedly survived after a plane he was piloting crash-landed at Penmar golf course on Thursday (March 5) in Venice, Calif.

According to TMZ, the 72-year-old actor was flying a vintage two-seater fighter plane when something went wrong.

Sources tell the site that Harrison suffered multiple wounds to the head and was bleeding, but doctors who were on the scene rushed over to treat him. Emergency personnel arrived a short time later and he was transported to a nearby hospital.

    Agree about the dangerousness of those planes.
    But when you are 72 years old, your body is less capable to resist to an accident of this type…
    His own doctor would have certainly discourage him to do those things.
