Miranda Lambert References Blake Shelton Divorce in CMA Acceptance Speech: 'I Needed a Bright Spot This Year' (Video)

Miranda Lambert takes the stage for her performance at the 2015 CMA Awards held at the Bridgestone Arena on Wednesday (November 4) in Nashville, Tenn.

The 31-year-old country songstress, who sang her hit “Bathroom Sink,” won Female Vocalist of the Year that night.

When she took the stage to accept her award, she referenced her tough year and divorce from Blake Shelton.

“I needed a bright spot this year,” she said.

Just that day, it was confirmed that Blake is dating fellow Voice judge Gwen Stefani.
