Bill Cosby Won't Be Charged in Two Sexual Assault Cases
Los Angeles prosecutors will not be filing charges against Bill Cosby in two different sexual assault cases, one from 2008 and one from 1965.
One of the cases is Chloe Goins, 24, who alleges she was assaulted at the Playboy Mansion when she was 18 back in 2008. Chloe said she was drugged and woke up naked on a bed with Bill biting her toes. Police say they interviewed Chloe by an LAPD detective but there was not enough evidence to prove without a reasonable doubt, the LA Times reports.
The other case involves a woman who says she was assaulted by Bill when she was only 17, back in the 60s.
Bill and his lawyers have claimed his innocence among the many allegations of sexual assault. Bill was just charged in a different sexual assault case.
