Ellen Pompeo is all smiles while getting into her car after an early dinner with some male pals on Thursday (February 4) in West Hollywood, Calif.

The 46-year-old actress was also joined by her husband Chris Ivery (not pictured) for the meal.

Ellen‘s hit show Grey’s Anatomy returns with its mid-season premiere this coming Thursday night and the episode was directed by Denzel Washington.
