Amazon's 'The Tick' Pilot Gets First Photos Featuring Peter Serafinowicz

Amazon Studios has just revealed new photos from their upcoming Blue Superhero pilot The Tick, starring Peter Serafinowicz!

The new series takes place in a world where superheroes have been real for decades and follows an accountant with no powers who realizes his city is owned by a global supervillian who was thought to be dead.

As the accountant begins to uncover the conspiracy, he runs into an unusual blue superhero.

The Tick was originally created as a mascot for New England Comics in 1986 and soon after, got his own books and animated television series. In 2001, FOX debuted a live-action version of The Tick but it only lasted nine episodes.

The Tick begins streaming August 19th on Amazon.
