Melania Trump Threatens to Sue Over Barron Autism Video Accusations

Melania Trump is threatening a lawsuit over the YouTube video that questions if Barron Trump, her 10-year-old son with Donald Trump, is autistic.

In a letter obtained by TMZ, her lawyer Charles J. Harder wrote, “The video allegedly seeks to ‘stop the bullying’ of Barron Trump. Not true … The video did instigate further bullying by Rosie O’Donnell and others.”

Rosie perpetuated the autism rumor by tweeting and weighing in on if Barron could be autistic. Rosie later wrote a poem to explain why she shared the video.

The footage in the video shows Barron at events very late on the campaign trail, and Melania and her lawyer insist this is all normal behavior for a 10-year-old to exhibit. There is also footage of Barron clapping without putting his hands together.

Melania and her lawyer are insisting the person who posted the YouTube video take it down and apologize.
