Kim Kardashian is reflecting on the fourth anniversary of her wedding to husband Kanye West!

The 37-year-old Keeping Up With The Kardashians superstar posted a sweet note to her husband on Thursday (May 24) on her Instagram.

The two got married at the Forte di Belvedere in Florence, Italy back in May 2014.
