Rebel Wilson Cast In High School Flick 'Senior Year'

Rebel Wilson is headed back to high school.

The 40-year-old actress will relive her school years in Senior Year, according to Deadline.

Directed by Alex Hardcastle, Senior Year will follow a cheerleader who wakes up after a 20-year coma and returns to high school to try to regain her status and claim the prom queen crown that eluded her.

Rebel will also produce along with Todd Garner and Chris Bender. Brandon Scott Jones is writing the script.

In 2019, Rebel starred in four movies: Isn’t It Romantic, The Hustle, Jojo Rabbit and Cats.

This past year has been a big one for Rebel as she embarked on a weight loss journey. She recently opened up about hitting her goal weight in a social media post.
