Maiara Walsh plays a spoof version of Katniss Everdeen (called Kantmiss Evershot) in the trailer for the upcoming parody film The Starving Games.

The 25-year-old actress stars in the film, which parodies such film franchises as The Hunger Games, The Avengers, Avatar, Sherlock Holmes, The Expendables, and Harry Potter, as well as celebs like Taylor Swift and Psy.

The movie, which also stars Brant Daugherty as “Dale” and Cody Christian as “Peter Malarky,” does not have a release date right now.

Maiara Walsh has been cast as a version of Katniss Everdeen in The Starving Games, a parody of the mega-hit The Hunger Games.

The film, written and directed by Jason Friedberg and Aaron Seltzer (the minds behind Date Movie, Meet the Spartans, and Vampires Suck), will also spoof The Avengers, Sherlock Holmes, and the finale of the Harry Potter franchise, according to THR.

Maiara‘s character will actually be named Kantmiss Evershot. Brant Daugherty, known for playing Noel Kahn on Pretty Little Liars, will be the parody version of Gale.
