Fergie rocks a fierce sheer ensemble on the red carpet while attending the 2015 FN Achievement Awards held at IAC Headquarters on Wednesday (December 2) in New York City.

The 40-year-old entertainer was joined by Alexa Chung, Bel Powley, and designer Prabal Gurung at the event, which is often referred to as the “Shoe Oscars,” and recognizes and celebrates the best and brightest stars in the footwear industry.
