Reba McEntire and her boyfriend of two years, Skeeter Lasuzzo, have split up.

“Skeeter and I broke up in May, so, unfortunately, we will not be spending [the holidays together],” the 64-year-old country star told Us Weekly. “We still talk and we’re friends, but just decided to go our separate ways.”

Skeeter is a retired oil geologist and they met back in 2017 through mutual friend, Brooks & Dunn singer Kix Brooks.

Reba and her ex were last seen out together back in April, when they were all smiles on the red carpet.

Reba McEntire does a shimmy on the red carpet at the 2019 Academy of Country Music Awards on Sunday night (April 7) at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas.

The 64-year-old singer, who will be hosting the show for the second year in the row, was joined by her boyfriend Anthony “Skeeter” Lasuzzo. They have been together since August 2017.

Skeeter is a retired geologist and now works as a wildlife photographer.

Reba says she has no plans on being political during the event.

“When they asked me if I would host the ACMs, I said I will, but I want you to know right now no politics,” she said. “This is not what we’re in here for.”

“We’re in here to honor the folks who have worked so hard all year long on their craft and their songs — we’re promoting them,” she added. “Not politics.”
