Heidi Montag: I'm Voting John McCain

Heidi Montag isn’t backing Hillary Clinton for Barack Obama for president.

“I’m voting for John McCain,” she tells Us Weekly. “I’m a Republican and McCain has a lot of experience. [But] I don’t think anyone cares who Heidi Montag votes for.”

The New York Times recently called Heidi a “feminist hero”. Of course, she was flattered.

“I was very honored to be called a feminist hero,” Ms. Montag told In Touch. “It’s a big deal to be even acknowledged, let alone complimented by The New York Times by such a profound, famous TV critic.”

UPDATE: McCain has responded to Montag‘s support, saying, “I’m honored to have Heidi‘s support and I want to assure her that I never miss an episode of The Hills, especially since the new season started.” Ummm…
