Expectant actress Angelina Jolie takes her son Pax Thien, 4, for a check-up at the doctor’s office in Grasse, France on Sunday.

Afterwards, the mother-son pair picked up lunch (Happy Meals!) at a McDonalds drive-thru as both paparazzi and locals looked on. Check out the driveway–it says Drive McDrive!

Angie is scheduled to walk the red carpet at the Cannes Film Festival this Thursday, May 15 for her new animated feature, Kung Fu Panda, and then on May 20 for Clint Eastwood‘s Changeling.
