Katherine Heigl: 'Grey's' Cast Is Kind of Family At This Point

Katherine Heigl grabs lunch at her favorite lunch spot, Little Dom’s, on Wednesday (April 7) in Los Feliz, Calif.

The 31-year-old actress was joined by her momager Nancy and a few friends!

EW‘s Michael Ausiello recently posted a longer version of his interview with Kat!

When Michael asked if Kat would miss the cast of Grey’s Anatomy, she replied, “Yes. Ellen [Pompeo] and I text a lot. I’m still waiting to meet Stella Luna. It’s pissing me off,” she laughed.

“And Justin [Chambers] and I have been texting. Chyler Leigh is one of the most amazing young women. Just unbelievably lovely and supportive. These are my friends. They’re kind of family at this point. I spent more time with them over the past six years than I did with my own family,” she concluded. “So I’m going to miss that.”
