Hilary Duff feeds a parking meter before going into a salon on Wednesday (July 7) in Beverly Hills, Calif.

The 22-year-old actress, who carried a cookbook with her, left the salon with a cute blown-out ‘do.

Yesterday, Hilary was spotted leaving a pilates class in L.A. after a long workout.
