The 47-year-old Cougar Town actress is back in town after traveling to New York City for Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week.

Courteney checked out the Fall 2012 presentation from Newbark and was spotted out at lunch with her daughter, Coco, as well as her estranged husband, David Arquette.
