'The Honest Life': Jessica Alba's First Book!

Jessica Alba can now add “author” to her resume!

The 30-year-old actress is releasing her first book titled “The Honest Life,” which will offer tips on how to create a non-toxic home, from DIY family projects to healthy family recipes.

“It’s totally crazy but amazing,” Jess told People about her first book deal. “I’m not extreme. This book is for people who are in the middle but want to create a healthier life, like me.”

“Everything in this book will be something meaningful that I’ve incorporated into [my family's] lives. I wanted some kind of handbook with all the information I was consuming so I could apply it in a practical way,” Jessica, who also recently launched The Honest Company, added.
