Earlier in the day, Katy and her pals loaded up their car before heading over to the festival. Katy covered up to avoid the rainy weather.

Recently, Katy dished how she and Rihanna became BFFs back in 2009! “[Rihanna] had this cool studded Valentino bag that had sparkly stuff on it,” Katy said to Elle magazine (via the NY Post), and went on to explain how RiRi offered to send her one the first time they met!
