Liv Tyler and Rosario Dawson are beautiful in black on the red carpet at the 2012 Met Ball held at the Metropolitan Museum of Art on Monday (May 7) in New York City.

Rosario wore a Calvin Klein Collection dress while Liv wore head to toe Givenchy with Fred Leighton jewelry.

It was just announced that Liv will be writing a foreword for a manners book written by her etiquette coach grandmother Dorothea Johnson. Can’t wait to read it!

Rosario‘s flick Fire with Fire, also starring Josh Duhamel, Bruce Willis, and 50 Cent, will be released later this year.
