Heidi Klum and her boyfriend Martin Kirsten do some grocery shopping at Whole Foods on Wednesday afternoon (December 26) in Brentwood, Calif.

The 39-year-old model and Project Runway host brought along her kids Leni, Henry, Johan, and Lou for the afternoon of shopping and lunch at Toscana restaurant.
