Carrie Underwood - CMT Music Awards Performance (Video)

Carrie Underwood takes to the stage for a performance of her song “See You Again” during the 2013 CMT Music Awards held at the Bridgestone Arena on Wednesday night (June 5) in Nashville, Tenn.

The 30-year-old singer performed the song as a tribute to those affected by the tornadoes in her home state of Oklahoma last month. In case you didn’t know, Carrie donated $1 million to the relief efforts after the devastating event.

During the show, Carrie picked up the top prize of the night – Video of the Year for “Blown Away”! She stopped by the Wonderwall portrait studio after winning the award to pose for some photos.

FYI: Carrie is wearing an Oscar de la Renta dress, Danielle Stevens Jewelry bracelet, David Yurman jewels and Giuseppe Zanotti shoes.
