Reese Witherspoon is red hot while attending Elle’s 20th Annual Women In Hollywood Celebration at Four Seasons Hotel on Monday (October 21) in Beverly Hills, Calif.

The 37-year-old actress was joined on the carpet by Marion Cotillard and Melissa McCarthy, who brought her husband Ben Falcone.
