Kelly Osbourne: Carrie at the Prom for Halloween 2013!

Kelly Osbourne shows off her bloody brilliant Carrie at the prom Halloween costume while attending a party at Bootsy Bellows on Thursday (October 31) in West Hollywood, Calif.

The 29-year-old fashion talk show host was joined for her night out by her fiance Matthew Mosshart.

“#thereareallgoingtolaughatme!” Kelly tweeted that day, which is a famous line from Carrie, along with a pic of her costume. “Just stopped by to make sure my dad like my costume!!!!! He loved it! Yaaaay” she wrote later, along with a pic of her and her father Ozzy Osbourne.
