Maggie Gyllenhaal braves the snow to walk her cute daughter Ramona, 7, to school in the morning on Tuesday (December 17) in New York City.

The 36-year-old actress recently took to Twitter to celebrate the life of her Great Aunt Freda, who sadly passed away.

“Great Aunt Freda died, 99. Columbia Law Class of 38. President of NYWBA. Taught me 2 hail a cab with ‘taxi darling’. Baked a mean potato.” Maggie tweeted over the weekend. “Great Aunt Freda was a Pioneer. Truly. Even though she almost never left Manhattan. Her blood is coursing through my daughters veins.”
