The 32-year-old former O-Town singer looks to be staying busy with gym workouts, acting, and working on music.

“Getting to the gym 5 days a week has been challenging but it’s starting to pay off. #staymotivated,” the 32-year-old former singer captioned one of the pics.

In case you didn’t know, Ashley is the only member of O-Town, who has decided not to return to the band and make new music.

His other band members – Erik-Michael Estrada, Jacob Underwood, Trevor Penick, and Dan Miller – has just announced that they are coming back to the music world after taking a 10 year hiatus.
