Claire Danes to Receive Huge Honor for Her Charity Work - Find Out the Details!

Claire Danes goes for a run along the Hudson River on Thursday afternoon (April 3) in New York City.

The 34-year-old Homeland star was just announced to be receiving a huge prize – she will be honored at Variety‘s Power of Women luncheon later in the month!

Along with Claire, Idina Menzel, Iman, Sarah Jessica Parker, Nancy Dubuc, and Susan Sarandon will also receive the honor for their humanitarian efforts with their chosen causes.

Claire lends her time to helping with the organization Afghan Hands.
