Derek Jeter Steps Out After Big 40th Birthday Party in NYC!

Derek Jeter clutches a cup of coffee while walking out and about with a guy pal on Saturday afternoon (June 28) in New York City.

The 40-year-old New York Yankees shortstop just celebrated his birthday a few days before.

According to the NY Daily News, Derek had a star-studded bash at Catch Roof in the Meatpacking District where he was surrounded by friends and his girlfriend Hannah Davis.

“”They didn’t have a car, they were very low-key,” a source told the paper about the couple. “They held hands and Derek stopped for fans, gave autographs and took pictures with people.”

In case you didn’t know, Derek announced his retirement from baseball and the New York Yankees back in February. This is his last season.
