Lindsay Lohan Sues 'Grand Theft Auto V' Makers - Find Out Why

Lindsay Lohan steps out on her birthday to take a stroll around the city on Wednesday afternoon (July 2) in New York City.

The 28-year-old actress was joined by a mystery guy and when she spotted photographers, they walked away from each other to not be pictured together.

It was announced that same day that Lindsay is suing the creators of the video game Grand Theft Auto V for the inclusion of a character with her likeness. The suit claims that a character named Lacey Jonas is an “unequivocal reference to the actress and even uses her clothing line and places her at the Chateau Marmont, where she once lived.

“The portraits of the Plaintiff (Lohan) incorporated her image, likeness, clothing, outfits, Plaintiff’s clothing line products, ensemble in the form of hats, hair style, sunglasses, jean shorts worn by the Plaintiff that were for sale to the public at least two years” the suit claims (via Forbes).
