Bella Thorne bares her midriff in a matching crop top and skirt at Instyle Magazine’s 20th Anniversary Party held at Diamond Horseshoe at the Paramount Hotel on Monday night (September 8) in New York City.

The 16-year-old actress was joined by Ender’s Game actress Abigail Breslin for the big bash.
