Ashley Greene Bares Her Back in a Sexy Dress on 'Women's Health' November 2014 Cover

Ashley Greene shows off her back on the cover of Women’s Health magazine’s November 2014 issue, out on newsstands now!

Here’s what the 27-year-old actress had to share with the mag:

On maintaining a healthy lifestyle: “I grew up in Jacksonville, FL on the beach we always had water around us. I actually grew up the first 14 years of my life in Middleburg, FL, and we grew up on dirt roads and my dad built our house. My neighbor had horses. I got to have a little bit of that lifestyle and enjoy nature. We went outside to entertain ourselves and play. I was selling mud pies and playing football with my brother. My brother is a year and a half older, so I was a tomboy as a result of us being so close. It’s transferred over to my adult life. I think being athletic as a child and always being competitive in sports and martial arts definitely transferred over to my adult life. Now for me it really is this kind of lifestyle choice. I feel like I really need to be outside. I need to have nature. We go up to Big Bear all the time because it’s such a different world than it is being in the midst of everything.”

On her guilty pleasures: “I try to eat relatively clean. That being said, part of the benefit of being active is that I kind of can eat whatever I want from time to time. Before photo shoots, I have to cut back on the sodium. I’m not really a sweets person, but I love pickles. They’re always sitting in my fridge. I was talking to my friend, I was like, ‘I don’t have a problem with anything else, but I really just want to eat one of those pickles and I can’t do it.’ I’m probably going to have one tonight. Pinkberry has this new peach flavor. I’m pretty sure I ate the whole tub of it. And Cheese-It’s. I can’t keep them in the house because I love them.”

On her upcoming projects: “I am going to the Venice Film Festival so that’s the most exciting thing on my plate right now with this film called Burying the Ex that I did with Joe Dante, which was exciting to work with him. I play a character named Evelyn and she’s the girlfriend who just won’t go away. Basically love doesn’t die in this sense and she has an unfortunate run-in with a car and comes back to haunt this poor boy that she’s with. It was really fun to play. I always to find something that connects me to a character and grounds it in some sense, so it was interesting to trying to do research on mental disorders and things to figure out how I could possibly relate myself to someone who is coming back as a zombie. Again, something extremely different than anything I’ve done and took a chance with it. Now we’re going to the Venice Film Festival, so that’s very exciting for me.”
