Carrie Underwood & Brad Paisley Spoof Ebola with ‘Quarantine’ Song at CMA Awards 2014 (Video)
Carrie Underwood wears a short white dress while opening the show with co-host Brad Paisley at the 2014 CMA Awards held at the Bridgestone Arena on Wednesday (November 5) in Nashville, Tenn.
During their monologue, the co-hosts made tons of jokes and even did a little spoof of the Ebola epidemic by singing a song “Quarantine” to the tune of Dolly Parton‘s “Jolene.”
“Well thankfully not everybody is here, Carrie. This song goes out to one feisty little nurse in Maine, who is probably riding her bike right now,” Brad said.
“Quarantine, quarantine, quarantine, quarantine… Don’t ride your bike, please don’t infect my man. Quarantine, quarantine, quarantine, quarantine… what part of staying inside don’t you understand,” Carrie sang.
