Kate Beckinsale glows in a cutout dress while arriving at the Battersea Power Station Global Launch Party at The London on Thursday night (November 6) in West Hollywood, Calif.

The 41-year-old actress stepped out to help introduce the stunning new homes designed by Foster + Partners and Gehry Partners.
