Hilary Duff Says Her Hands Used to Cramp Because She Wasn't Getting Enough Nutrients

Recently, Hilary revealed that while she was too skinny in the past, she’s happier now.

“I was too thin,” she told People magazine. “That was not a healthy place for me. I was so unhappy. I remember my hands cramping because I wasn’t getting enough nutrients.”

Hilary continued, saying: “A lot of girls my age were super skinny. I think it’s just as bad now, but it’s more normal. It’s crazy. I can’t be that way. It’s not my normal state.”
