Uzo Aduba Runs Boston Marathon In Little Over 5 Hours

Uzo Aduba shows off her fit figure while running the Boston Marathon on Monday (April 20) in Boston, Mass.

The Orange is the New Black actress, who finished in a little over 5 hours, was running on behalf of Dana Farber and helped raise over $4,000 for the Dana Farber Marathon Challenge Team.

“Let’s git it. #DFMC #WhyIRun #BostonMarathon #bostonstrong cc @danafarber,” Uzo wrote on Instagram with a pic of herself earlier in the day.

“It feels like the right thing to do,” Uzo recently shared about running the marathon after the Boston bombings. “It still feel pretty raw, and with [the trial] it almost feels like a Band-Aid getting pulled back again. That’s where I grew up, where I learned what a marathon even was… to be a part of it, it feels particularly special.”
